Patricia Scott
As a North County San Diego resident since 1980 and having lived in Carlsbad and Solana Beach prior to moving to Rancho Santa Fe in 1989 Patti has acquired extensive knowledge of the variety of communities in the area. She has developed many long-term quality relationships and assisted families with multiple transactions. Her experience has helped her facilitate Buyers and Sellers in decision making of one of the most important investments: their home.
James Scott
A licensed real estate broker who has personally sold and developed over $350 million in Southern California real estate, Jim brings to West Coast Properties extensive market knowledge, as well as expertise in the areas of real estate investment, development, finance and construction.

His goal is to help maximize each opportunity for his clients, whether purchase, sale, or investment.
Ellen Pridgen
As a San Diego native, Ellen understands local market trends and the ins and outs of San Diego coastal real estate. During her time at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, she was regularly recognized as a top sales associate. She was named a member of Berkshire's Honor Society in 2018 and 2019. For her performance in 2020 and 2021, she received the President’s Circle Award, which is granted to Berkshire’s top associates.

Now she is thrilled to be going back to her roots, working alongside her mother Patricia Scott, who has imparted her real estate knowledge to Ellen from a young age and has shared with Ellen what it truly means to be a successful agent – unmatched quality service.

Ellen resides in the Santaluz area with her husband Will, sons Billy and Preston, daughter Betty, and rescue dog Luna.
